Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and competitive field sales person to join our team. Its a field job and almost 80-90% time you will be on field to meet the Chawki Rearing Centers (CRCs), convincing and onboarding them and for delivery of Chawkis / DFL's. You should have good communication and convincing skills.
1. To meet the CRCs, negotiate with them in DFL prices

2. Onboarding of CRC's

3. Convince the Farmers to purchase the DFLs through Reshamandi App

4. Reach the given sales targets
