Digital Products and Services at PepsiCo
The Digital Evolution is critical to driving PepsiCo's ambitions around being FASTER, STRONGER, and BETTER. The Digital Products & Services team designs, builds, and stands up digital solutions across the value chain, that are embedded into business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high ROI. Guided by PEPSICO's global priorities, the Digital Products & Services team create user-centric digital products that can be scaled globally by leveraging the leading technologies, advanced analytics algorithms and latest user research.

Process Mining/Celonis Sr. Developer
This Sr. Developer will play a pivotal role in process mining activities such as with Celonis and other technical solutions which unlock a fuller process experience for stakeholders. Process engineering and process automation is the corner stone of scalable digital transformation across PepsiCo's value chain. This lead will deliver the end-to-end process mining/development experience, deliver high quality solutions (process flows, low code automation, etc) as part of the automation lifecycle.

The lead in this role will provide technical oversight and direction to the development team on the Process Mining side. This leader will work closely with the user experience, product, IT, and software engineering teams to develop new products and prioritize deliver solutions across S&T core priorities.

Technical expertise as it relates to Celonis, dashboard development, technical expertise with data and ingestion is a requirement for the role as this lead will be a senior developer and a key technical expert on the team. Further experience with task mining solutions also a big plus.

This role is a part of PepsiCo's S&T (Strategy & Transformation), Digital Products & Services organization.

Role Responsibilities: * Support the vision and guide a team of junior Process Mining developers to build and support digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core priorities

• Drive partnerships with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Software Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio
• Develop software development and testing strategy utilizing industry standards. Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business requirements and strategy.
• Focus on building solutions that unlock value and create the best solution for stakeholders.
• Interact with executives across the company to lead the narrative around process engineering/intelligent automation
• Develop and expand DPS capabilities through a customer obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences
• Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders
• Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the business

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years' experience with hands-on SQL and solid understanding of databases
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Celonis development experience
• 2+ years' experience with data; ETL, data engineering disciplines, data ingestion
• Knowledge of process flows, especially in standard process areas such as P2P, O2C, I2P
• Working knowledge of Java, Python, a plus.
• Experience with mission critical, 24x7 systems, and familiarity with support and sustainability of solutions
