Hybrid Working\xc3\x82

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

The Business Intelligence Lead reports to the Finance SAP MI Manager and is responsible for the Design/build and delivery of Analytical Applications based on SAP Data Warehouse technology (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA). \xc3\x82 The Business Intelligence Lead focusses on identifying opportunities in delivering business value via leveraging existing as well as adoption of the new Business Intelligence technology based on SAP platforms.

What will you be doing?

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 SAP BW4HANA Design/Development, testing, deployment of Analytical Applications in line with the Team development standards

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Participation in automation and Quality Assurance process in the team

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Handover of delivered applications to Support teams and addressing production system issues escalated by Support teams.

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Document & Review all developments and ensure these meet business requirements

What we\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99re looking for:

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Excellent understanding in SAP BW data modelling, Performance tuning, designing UI etc \xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Good understanding of Finance business area.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Strong analytical and logical skills, the ability to quickly solve problems in a high-pressure environment.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 In depth knowledge of software development best practices and the software development life cycle

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 10+ years of overall experience in BW data modelling with minimum 2 years of development experience in SAP BW/4HANA (BW on HANA 7.5)
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Hands-on experience working with SAP BW/4HANA, custom SAP BW Extractors, transformations, advanced DSOs, composite providers in BW.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 BW related ABAP knowledge and debugging skills are must.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Skilled and experienced in interpreting functional requirements, capturing and documenting non-functional requirements and documenting technical requirements

Skills that will help you in the role:

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Experience in Front-end technologies such as SAP BO (Lumira Designer), SAC.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Experience with integrating BW with various SAP and Non-SAP backend systems/sources of data.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Understanding of working within an Agile methodology framework (Scrum). Experience in JIRA.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Understanding of Banking/Finance domain
