In this context it is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: . Daily Management of shift: o New Hire Associates Onboarding & Development & Administrative management of associates o Ensuring Associates deployment o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. o Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues . Responsible for shift quality, productivity and associated action plans . Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates . Conduct a dipstick audit and 555 audit for the respective department . Associates Coaching and monitoring Key job responsibilities 1. New Hire onboarding 2. Associates coaching on quality & Productivity 3. Good Knowledge of L&D Function We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bangalore, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Operations experience of 1+ years will be preferred
