Position - Senior Specialist - L&D BU - Human Resource SBU - Learning and Development Department - Learning and Development Job brief: We are looking for an experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team and help new employees adjust well to our work environment. HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days. Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our company\'s onboarding procedures for new hires. Responsibilities: Own planning, delivery and effectiveness of learning initiatives for the assigned business Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires (India & US) Facilitate end to end onboarding activities from emailing new hires with details about the company and onboarding activities to introducing them to their team Work closely with team leads to help provide specialized onboarding, including introductions Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet business needs via learning interventions Use best in class training practices and methodologies for superior learner satisfaction Maintain a high level of learner engagement during and after the learning programs Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement before, during and post learning programs Implement process for continuous improvement curriculum and learning mode Continuous improvement on training delivery and content based on feedback Create dynamic training content collaborating with internal stakeholders Required: 2+ years experience in a similar role, either with direct experience with onboarding or within a Learning & Development team Graduate in any discipline Experience as an international trainer (preferably US) Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role Proven track record in facilitation and content creation Experience with HR standard software, such as Google Suite and MS Office Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with good organizational and time management skills Prior LMS Admin experience (preferable)
