Job Summary:

Objective of this role is to lead the development team for various projects; Use exceptional management skills to oversee cross-functional teams that design, develop, enhance and maintain multiple projects that provide value for our customers. Evaluate Technical architectures, collaborate with different teams to provide recommendations/ solutions to technical issues, and are responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with unclear requirements and changing environment to identify the problem and architect a solution
  • Think out of the box, ability to layout multiple solutions to problem and choose the right one
  • Mentoring and Unblocking Team members
  • Adapting to failures, pivoting the solutions and move on to the next one
  • Thrive in an unstructured, unsupervised environment and bring clarity to table
  • Willingness to own legacy frameworks, refactoring them, rewriting them in new tech stack and providing production support
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualification:
  • Strong hands-on experience in building Node based applications
  • Strong in front end framework React.
  • Hands-on experience in TypeScript.
  • Ability to debug node based applications, including taking heap dumps and analysing it.
  • Good Experience in building responsive web application
  • Develop UI Architecture Best Practices for Multi-Lingual, Multi-Tenant, Multi-Browser, Multi-devices, SaaS Based Application
  • Hands-on experience in Test Driven Development for front-end
  • Define and evangelise secure development practices, unit testing, end to end testing, performance best practices
  • Experience in developing re-usable UI components
