Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer Front End Developer to join our team in India. Your primary focus will be to implement a scalable web application, with a focus on performance.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Delivering a complete front-end application - with great quality and end to end test coverage
• Ensuring high performance
• Analysing, documenting & designing applications for global consumption
• Working with an architecture team to create detailed Functional and Technical Specification designs
• Attend daily scrums, project meetings, and department meetings as required
• Liaise with Test Analysts, Product Management, Project Management, Release Management and other project teams as required
• Ability to quickly ramp up on and apply new technologies and processes
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, back-end developer and yourself
• Work with the Product Management team to help in the gathering and documentation of requirements
• Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment

What You Will Need To Succeed

• 3-5 year of experience in developing frontend applications
• Design and development experience in developing SPA and AngularJS webapps
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
• Experience with - NodeJS, Gulp, Jasmine, Karma is a bonus
• Exposure to working in agile product development mode using concepts such as micro-services-based development and deployments
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
