Good process knowledge of HR domain and functions. HCM experience would be preferable.
Should have hands-on experience in managing customer expectations
Should have implemented at least 1 HRMS product. Modules (HRIS, Recruit, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, BRE, Travel, Exit, onboarding)
Good communication skills
Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle with experience in handling large complex projects end to end.
