Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Principal Consultant role is a multi-dimensional one including but not restricted to:

• Architecting and solution design
• Concept & Blueprint Creation
• Quality reviews from a content perspective for all Logistics modules
• Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates
• Training and Knowledge sharing
• Study and concept projects
• Troubleshooting
• Spot consulting
• Technical sales (i.e. using technical expertise in presales)

The Principal Consultant will also act as an expert for SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain and will be expected to provide expert-level consulting (e.g. solution design) relating to the entire array of Manufacturing modules and components (i.e. PP, PPDS, SAP PM, SAP QM, MES, MII) as well as to provide process/business consulting on the domain areas related to these modules and components. Will be expected to provide expert-level consulting (e.g. solution design) relating to integration with SD, MM, EWM, FI and CO, The Principal Consultant will be expected to multitask, work on multiple projects running parallel to each other and to fulfill a mix of technical and managerial responsibilities. In short, ability to cope, flexibility and adaptability are key to this role. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: · Minimum 12 years of SAP experience + 6 years of Domain experience· .

• Experience in minimum 4 End to End implementation projects including solution design, in Production Planning, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling(PPDS) , SAP QM and SAP PM is mandatory
• Should have led cross-functional teams on at least 3 global projects (i.e. global template development and rollouts) in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas - PP, PPDS, SAP QM and SAP PM,
• Should have been a Solution architect / Subject matter expert especially in the area of SAP-PP, PPDS and SAP-QM and SAP PM.
• Should have experience in working with interfaces to SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g. MES, MII)
• Should have overview knowledge of all integrated topics (including Procurement, Sales, EWM, FI and CO etc.)

1.Overall SAP Solution architecting : Mandatory Greater than 2 years – Should have been lead for Manufacturing topics in at least 1 Global Multi-entity project
2.SAP PP and SAP S4H PP : Mandatory Greater than 6 years
3.S/4HANA PPDS : Mandatory Greater than 4 years
4.SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis : Preferred Greater than 3 years
5.SAP QM – SAP PM : Mandatory Greater than 3 years
6.Domain experience : Mandatory Overall minimum domain experience: 6 years
7.Digital Solutions in AI/ML, IOT, I4.0 : Mandatory Greater than 1 year
8.MES integration (SAP or non-SAP) : Preferred Greater than 2 years

Qualifications

• 
  B.E/M.E/ BTECH/ME/MTECH from a reputed institution + MBA from a reputed institution (preferable)
• APICS or other such certification.

SAP certification in S/4HANA will be preferred
