Business Process Principal Consultant-SAP S/4HANA Retail

SUMMARY

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Merchandising / Fashion experts for the role of Business Process Principal Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center.

THE ROLE

As a Business Process Principal Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail / Fashion Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and therefore making this world a better place to live

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

• Should have at least 7 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer
• At least 15 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
• Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework

Domain expertise:

• Should have good understanding of Retail and Fashion domain
• Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes.
• Should be able to relate to SAP's solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
• Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects

Solution expertise:

• Should have at least 7 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the solutions with customer
• Demonstrated expertise across procurement & logistics
• Solution expertise in the areas of S/4HANA, SAP IS Retail
• Hands on working knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP IS Retail is MUST
• Overview & understanding of SAP CAR solution is MUST

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Application specific expert consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
• Support in escalated projects
• Support of pre-sales activities (license and consulting)
• Identifying and applying Integrated Service Delivery options
• Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team lead
• Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
• Detailed planning of process implementation
• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
• Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
• Develop and assure quality of process models
• Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

Educational & Other Competencies:

• Graduation from a reputed institute
• SAP Certification is MUST - either in SAP IS Retail and/or at least one of the Core modules in SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge & understanding of SAP AFS or SAP FMS solution will be an added advantage
