Job Role Financial Objective: .Achieve budgetedRevenue and Volume target at the customer and segmentlevel .IncreaseTrade and FX wallet share of thecustomers .Growderivative business in the given set ofcustomers .Developplans for driving revenues and growth amongst customers, evaluating the segments for new businesspossibilities Relationship Management -ExternalandInternal: .Direct coverage of customers more at the operating level of thecustomer .Buildrelationshipswith clientsand leverage the relationships for enhancedbusiness .Manageinternal stake holders, viz. relationship managers in various Business groups, credit risk officers, Operations, etc. other units of treasury to achieve the objectives InternalProcesses: .Ensure fulfillment of all transactions in the given TAT, with zero error, while adhering to the process and policies of theBank .Hedgingof all positions arising out of the transactionscovered .Capturingall transactions in all the front office systems of the bank as per thepolicy .Ensuringall treasury related documents are submitted by the customer in definedTAT .Followthe process of Suitability and Appropriateness policy of the Bank and adhere to the pre-defined processes Risk Management and Risk Mitigation: .Risk management and Risk mitigation ideas for thecorporate .ManageBank\'s credit and market risk when offering products tocustomers .Evaluate Reputationaland Legal Risk for the Bank on product offerings tocustomers Job Requirements .Qualification -MBAin Finance / Marketing .Ideallyshould have5-8yrs. of relevantexperience .Treasuryproduct knowledge, including knowledge about pricing. Adequate knowledge of markets, with ability to interpret these data and use it for businessopportunities .Complianceand TAT orientation .Goodcommunicationskills .Stronganalytical and mathematical acumen, data interpretationskills .AbilitytoMulti-task .Knowledgeof RBIregulations
