It's an amazing time to join Pocket FM as we continue shaping the future of audio entertainment both in India and beyond. We are front-ending the category creation for the audio OTT landscape and building the largest repository of audio streaming content across formats like audio series, audiobooks and podcasts, through our unique storytelling approach.

We are reimagining the traditional audio pattern to build an internet-scale platform and bring together communities to share stories and spread knowledge. Our mission is to give voice to stories and wisdom. Pocket FM has grown to 15million MAL (monthly active listeners), spending an average of over 100 minutes every day, while the total monthly audio streaming on the app counts to over 3 billion minutes. We are a Series C funded start-up backed by some of the marquee investors like Naver, Goodwater Capital, Lightspeed, Tanglin Venture Partners and others.

At its core, the program management role is grounded in first principal problem solving, customer obsession, and the ability to design and execute programs successfully focused on growth and retention. The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for problem-solving with a hearty curiosity for innovation and data.

Responsibilities :

- Managing teams with diverse backgrounds and defining precise monthly and quarterly goals while helping them to achieve the same.

- Demonstrate discretion in the coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives

- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects

- Tracking existing metrics to detect & remove any shortcomings.

- Development of SOPs

- Managing Budgets for the program.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree from Tier - 1 institute. Preference for an MBA Degree (Tier 1)

- 4+ years of experience in Operations/Strategy/Project management

- Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.

- Experience in defining program requirements along with using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, excel, task prioritisation, follow-up, and customer service skills.
