Skill: PM/Scrum Master
Role/Tier: Assoctiate Manager/ T-1
Bachelors Degree, preferably Prince or PMP certified.
5 plus years in management working with customers and stake holders
Exceptional leadership,communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.Exposure to Technical projects or should have decent exposure in Health Care, Finance, Telecom, Banking Insurance domains.Exposure to Agile projects implementation
Should have handled at least 40 to 100 people team size.Work closely with project sponsor, cross functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross project initiatives.Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals objectives.
Work with other project leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
