Business Analyst We are looking for Business Analyst to coordinate with our management and support to upscale our business. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. Business Analyst will working closely with our senior team and regional managers to provide necessary data (Operations, sales etc.,) from time to time.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to manage expectations, lead change efforts and ensure satisfaction.
Initiate to gather data, analyse, interpret and formulate conclusions and suggestion.
Develop solutions for complex clients situations to meet goals and objectives.
Monitor client expectation scope on generated results delivery.
Manage, develop and mentor client to assess engagement performance and year-end reviews
Confirm to professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.
Participate in client strategic planning process
Coordinate with clients and internal partners to find mutual solutions to problems.
Handle issues appropriately until resolved.
Ensure Clients expectations are met through coordinating client requirements.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in MS Office.
Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
