Team Lead role
Effectively lead the team.
Create, manage and monitor teams daily and weekly metrices
Assist management with Career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training and resourcing
Monitor team progress and enforce deadlines
247 L1 Production support handling job failures monitor mails acknowledge and resolve Service now tickets in a highly critical project
Ideal candidate should show responsibility in work and do extended shifts or connect from home when theres an outage in production
Should be able to do multitasking join bridge lines and deal with L2s SMEs and Senior management
Automate repeated tasks
Learn new technologies if required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner and multi-task
Problem solving
Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
Must be very good in communication
Maintain workload and time tracking
Good coordination between various tasks
Education: Any Graduate
