Platinum Relationship Manager Branch Banking
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers of the branch, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and understand the financial needs and goals of the customers, and provide them with suitable banking services and solutions.
- Cross-sell and refer other products and services of the bank, such as loans, deposits, insurance, investments, and digital banking, to increase the revenue and profitability of the branch.
- Participate in marketing activities, and support the branch manager in achieving the branch targets and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CASA sales/ portfolio management from banks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, and the local market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers as required.
