Job Title 1)To monitor Overtime wages in co-ordination with HODs of different sections. 2)To keep coordial Labour Relations with Recognized & Unrecognized Union. 3)To attend to major infrastructure issues viz. Land Matters, Water Scarcity issues during Summer Season, etc. 4)To enhance PR with Local - Villagers / Govt. Officials / Politicians. 5)To troublshoot, initiate & execute Disciplinery Procedures against the errant workmen in accordance with Statutory Provisions. 6)To maintain the industrial Peace without hampering production. 7)To Better relations with the union and avoid violence, strikes & lockouts etc. 8)To Handle the Labour court matters 9)To Carry out the Wage Settlement with Union 10)To ensure compliances wrt to Labour Laws, Responsible Care, Social Security Audits, Ecovadis Requirements and ESG Requirements 11)To address and resolve the issues created by the village people 12)To implement HR Policies and Strategic HR initiatives at Plant 13)To take care of General Administration, Housekeeping & Transportation arrangement of Plant, Canteen, Garden, Employees\' Quarters, Guest House & other surrounding premises. 14)To conduct the CSR & Community Welfare activities 15)To ensure the skill enhancement trainings are being conducted at regular intervals and employees.
