• Leadership role to head the Steel Manufacturing Operations & New Projects.
• Excellent growth trajectory & work with Chairman in a high visibility role.

• Handling of new project and set up new machinery and Hand on experience in managing entire Plant operations for colour coated sheet manufacturing lines, Tube manufacturing and Foil manufacturing.
• Production Planning and scheduling according to the order pipeline.
• Test and monitor Plant processes and ensure safety and efficiency of the facility.
• Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.
• Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports.
• Responsible for process control achieve company budget goals and meet Production targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain minimum stock of Maintenance spares, lubricants and consumables.
• Meeting with vendors and understanding their requirements & concerns.

• Experience of 20+ Years in Plant Operations with min. 5 years as a Plant Head in Steel
• Working knowledge of Color Coating Process like CRFH (Cold rolled full hard steel), CRCA (Cold rolled close annealed) (Galvanized Plain (GP) Skin Pass Process)
• Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Plant
• Expertise in operating CCL (Color coated line) and CGL (Continuous Hot-dip Galvanizing Line) Mills
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Proficient with MS Office
• Aptitude for equipment operations and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills
