This role reports to the Manager, Pipeline Analytics, and provides support to the Marketing team on pipeline measurement and all related activities, including performing analysis on pipeline, funnel metrics, demand channels, etc. Evaluate any potential gaps to ensure the accurate measurement of all things in the company pipeline and be able to make recommendations on any go-forward approaches that will help ensure the success of 6sense. Responsibilities : Own and develop, interpret, maintain and apply documented measurement data processes Analyze pipeline and funnel data for gaps and efficiencies to help the business make better informed decisions Find the \'red\' and provide recommendations on how to course correct Responsible for pursuing any measurement data requirements Responsible for month end data review and readout Run complex formulas in excel, to be able to triangulate problems or efficiencies Review current processes and make recommendations based on best practices on changes or provisions Evangelize culture of data-driven decision-making and enhance Sales execution, performance, and productivity. Domains include Forecasting, Inside Sales, Direct Sales, Sales planning, quota & territory mgmt., capacity, coverage Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations to ensure Sales data is appropriately harvested and organized to enable clean and accurate instrumentation and analysis of Sales. Ensure stewardship of our Sales data needs, owning business requirements and construction in partnership other supporting teams. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent 2+ years of sales analysis experience, performance, and productivity with knowledge of sales analytics frameworks and best practices Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Advanced skills in excel, able to build presentable charts and pivot tables at a minimum. Preferred knowledge with connecting data to sheets, interpreting large sets of data and the ability to leverage formulas to create new data sets Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
