What\'s the role As a Business Analyst focusing on the Web, you will be in charge of delivering performance analysis related to the HERE web ecosystem: here.com, platform.here.com, navigation.com. Your focus is to analyze the true performance of our web assets when it comes to lead generation, pipeline generation, developer registrations and engagement. As an expert of Web Performance data and a true analytical mind, you will support various web property owners by providing them the visibility they need to improve their site performance. You will contribute in educating the marketing groups to build a data-driven and performance mindset. A large component of the role will be around understanding the marketing impact, the associated data and the people driving those initiatives. In addition to above you also will: Analyze web customer journeys and identify growth opportunities. Define with Web Analytics Manager the relevant tracking necessary to gather insightful data. Closely collaborate with web property owners to become and extension to their teams, understand their roadmap and provide reporting and analysis. Create and automate dashboards and reporting solutions. Analyze channel performance and ROI. Play a key role in marketing analytics initiatives like tracking, attribution, pipeline and revenue forecasts. Build presentations to communicate key performance takeaways in a concise, easy to understand manner for stakeholders. Shape organizational thinking around analytical problems Who are you You are a marketing professional with a bachelor\'s degree and have 8 to 12 years of overall working experience including the following: Over five years of experience in Web Analytics, business analytics, or a related field Deep analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently. Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, MS Excel, Tableau and DW ecosystem concepts. Familiar with MarTech platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Marketo and Bizible Familiar with a variety of marketing channels incl. social media, paid search, display, organic, etc. Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in multi-channel campaign optimization Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively. Watch Video In this position you will be part of our Performance Marketing team, which is in charge of driving Demand Generation and growth through Paid Media, Global campaigns, Leads nurture, Marketing automation, Business intelligence and MarTech.This includes supporting the wider Sales and Marketing teams with KPI Frameworks, Marketing targets, integrated data sets, reporting, analysis and technologies. The goal being to increase impact by empowering Marketing teams and building a data driven mindsets and strategies. The Performance Marketing team is part of the Revenue Marketing group reporting to the Customer organization.
