What\'s the role As a Business Analyst B2B Marketing, you will be in charge of delivering strategic data insights to the Marketing and Sales organization. Your focus will be on empowering teams with data solutions enabling them to increase their performance. As the expert of Marketing campaigns data, media performance, and leads cycle data, you can identify how to drive growth from analyzing multiple data sets. You will contribute in educating the marketing groups to build a data-driven and performance mindset. A large component of the role will be around understanding the marketing impact, the associated data and the people driving those initiatives. In addition to above you also will: Analyze \'B2B Leads to sales cycle data\' to identify growth opportunities. Perform various analysis related to leads acquisition, conversion or customer lifecycle in order to improve marketing performance and ROI from our initiatives to grow the business. Understand the challenges of internal marketing and sales stakeholders, deliver conclusive insights to improve our decision-making processes. Conduct Ad-Hoc diagnostic analysis to understand marketing lead-to-revenue trends and provide in-depth insights. Create and automate dashboards tracking the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed for lead acquisition, sales funnel progression and ultimately revenue generation. Evaluate the ROI of the different initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements. Play a key role in marketing analytics initiatives like tracking, attribution, pipeline and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with data engineering and digital marketing specialists to embed necessary tracking in user flows and coordinate ingestion of new data sources. Who are you You are a marketing professional with a bachelor\'s degree and have 8 to 12 years of overall working experience including the following: Over five years of experience in in BI, data analysis, performance asessment ideally in a SaaS environment Deep analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint and DW ecosystem concepts. Familiar with MarTech platforms such as Marketo, SalesForce and Bizible Familiar with a variety of marketing channels incl. social media, paid search, display, organic, etc. Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in multi-channel campaign optimization Exceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectively Great communication skills and storytelling. Watch Video In this position you will be part of our Performance Marketing team, which is in charge of driving Demand Generation and growth through Paid Media, Global campaigns, Leads nurture, Marketing automation, Business intelligence and MarTech.This includes supporting the wider Sales and Marketing teams with KPI Frameworks, Marketing targets, integrated data sets, reporting, analysis and technologies. The goal being to increase impact by empowering Marketing teams and building a data driven mindsets and strategies. The Performance Marketing team is part of the Revenue Marketing group reporting to the Customer organization.
