Candidate must have strong understanding on standard software development methodology and documentation. Candidate must have knowledge on documents related to business analyst. Candidate must have understanding on requirement management and Elicitation
Analytical Skills
Candidate must have analytical skill and understanding on process management. Candidate must be familiar with ERP/CRM Domain.
Domain Expertise
Candidate must have strong domain knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
Team Building/Team Management
Candidate must manage his module's implementation team as well as communicate changes to the development team.
PSU/Government Project Experience
PSU/Government Project Experience will be preferable.
Candidate Profile
MBA+BE/Graduate in specific domain
