Job Description
:
- Receipt & accounting of project materials as per the agreement, and BOQ in coordination with suppliers & project team.
- Issue & accounting of materials as per the contracts.
- Shall be responsible to avail the material for a project on a clock basis.
- To ensure quality checking of materials with coordination with the project team.
- To ensure project accounting is in line with BOQ.
- Timely Reconciliation of cement, steel, and all the consumables during a project.
- To ensure storage & reconciliation of materials.
- To ensure collection of scrap generated in the projects & disposal.
- Physical verification of project materials from time to time in coordination with the project team.
- Statutory audit & Internal audit related to entire project accounting.
- Preparation of Project MIS on monthly basis (Activity wise).
