Job Profile

PO creations

• Coordination for PR/Prepare RFQ or arrange auction/Prepare CS/Prepare PO/ Daily material lifting coordination with various vendors/ Follow up for timely payment of vendors with central accounts team. Timely bill submission of various supplies/ Coordination with Accounts / HO for fuel related issues. Procurement of HSD. Creation of transportation orders.

• MIS report & Presentation: Daily MIS of RM, Monthly MIS of Fuel and RM, /Monthly inventory reports/Reconciliations with various parties of all related material. Preparation of all kind of MIS report, Presentation for Inventory management for Raw materials, Vessels reconciliation in terms of quantity and Quality reconciliations with all stake holders, vendor and HO and other reports plant and cluster reports as per management guidance
• Daily coordination for material transportation with related transporters.
• Vendor code creation and item code creation in MDRM.
• To maintain WCM and ISO related activities and compliances.
• All kind of presentation related to section.
• Responsible for record management of section.

Professional Experience description

• Well experience in Excel, word, Power Point, Presentation, SAP
• Preparation of MIS report / inventory presentation
• Mature handling of Inventory data
• Co-ordination & communication with vendor, transporter, contractor, internal agencies, Govt. Agencies Knowledge of Materials department SOP, delegation, Industrial safety, ABOE (WCM)

Critical Competencies

MIS reports, Data management of section, handling related procurement of RM and fuel items, Inventory management.

Desired Competencies

SAP, MS Office, Presentation skill, hard working
