Job Description
:
Supervise and coordinate Electrical & Instrument Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities, Utility, Plant DCS system, LT & HT Electrical System, Spares Management & Inventory control, Modifications & Kaizens, CAPEX Related Activities, Maintenance Improvement activities, Safety, Environment and Quality system activities. Job holder is responsible for all Electrical & Instrumentation functions like planning, organizing, co-ordinating, Budgeting, monitoring and controlling in order to maximize Plant Availability, Ensuring good quality of Plant Maintenance, Inventory & Spare Part Planning, Budgeting & Budgetary Controls, Capex Proposals and Execution, Planning and Implementation of Energy Saving Projects, Plant Improvement and Modification Projects, Safe and Proper Distribution of Electric Power, Section wise power monitoring, its analysis and feedback report to management. He is also responsible to identify opportunity improvement in equipment(s), spares, filed instruments, processes, maintenance system and technological up gradation in order to increase efficient plant running, energy saving, by Innovations, Kaizens, Advanced analytical tools.
