Job Description
:
JOB PROFILE -
1. To have deep knowledge & look after Plant PLC & SCADA programming/modifications. To have logical ability.
2. To have exposure on i-MCC & profibus communication.
3. Calibration of Field Instrumentation like Weigh Feeder, SFM, Flow, Pressure, Weighbridge and Stack Monitoring system etc.
4. Quality Why-Why analysis. Being conversant with SAP PM Module.
4. Through knowledge of Electrical, LOTOTO, PTW and other safety std system.
5. Hands on experience on Electrical system. MCC feeder power circuit and control circuit. MCC feeder fault finding and its rectification.
7. Hands on experience of VFD panel.
8. Initiative for Plant improvement by power saving/new system improvement activity.
KRA-1
ABG Electrical & LOTOTO Std. Safety
KRA-2
PLC/SCADA system programming. Zero error of PLC/SCADA programming.
KRA-3
PI system readiness.
KRA-4
Timely Field Instrument calibration and maintaining Instrument as per given accuracy.
KRA-5
Timely calibration of Weigh Feeder/weighing system.
KRA-6
Active participation in E&I Department WCM activity.
KRA-7
Doing Kaizen for plant improvement.
