As a Performance Marketing Mentor, you will have the opportunity to share your industry insights, expertise, and passion for education with aspiring enthusiasts. Your guidance will be crucial in shaping the skills and knowledge of the next generation of performance marketing professionals. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative sessions on performance marketing topics, providing mentees with a deep understanding of various performance marketing channels, strategies, and tactics. Share real-world experiences, case studies, and industry insights to enrich the learning experience of mentees. Mentor and guide mentees, answering their questions, clarifying doubts, and offering valuable feedback to help them improve their performance marketing skills. Assess assignments submitted by mentees, providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding and application of performance marketing concepts. Serve as a role model and inspire mentees to excel in their performance marketing careers. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing, and incorporate them into the mentoring process. Collaborate with the MyCaptain team to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the overall growth of the platform. Requirements Extensive experience as a performance marketer, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and results. In-depth knowledge of various performance marketing channels, such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex performance marketing concepts to learners of various skill levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Passion for education and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners. Experience in delivering educational sessions or mentoring individuals in a professional setting is preferred.
