We are looking for high caliber HR professionals to join our Performance & Rewards (P&R) COE, who will be responsible for delivery of the performance and reward (P&R) strategic priorities and managing the overall P&R agenda for their respective businesses. This includes providing expertise and strategic guidance on reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives and local business priorities.

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Kolkata

Experience required:

  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource, preferably from Tier 1/Tier 2 business schools.
  • 4 to15 years of relevant experience required in managing Rewards and Benefits.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of current benefits legislation and statutory requirements for one or more countries.
  • Should have worked in either of the P&R specializations, i.e. rewards, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment in various international markets, i.e. Asia Pacific, EMEA, UK.
  • High proficiency/capability in Microsoft Excel, including advanced experience with formulas, large data set analysis and graphs.
Streams we are hiring:

P&R Regulatory / Executive Compensation
  • Supporting Group Regulatory reporting, Executive Compensation and Group Deferred Compensation work on the whole breadth of activities, including:
  • Support on Remuneration Committee and Board papers
  • Support on production of Annual Reports and Accounts material and disclosures such as Directors emoluments
  • Support on HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s Group Executive Committee related performance and pay review activities
  • Support on regulatory requests and develop standard regulatory responses for tailoring by teams
  • Deferred compensation vendor enrolment and monitoring of vestings
P&R Services, Governance & Control
  • P&R Channels, Operations and Governance & Control are responsible for the following activities:
  • Service management incl. query management and outbound customer contact
  • Manage HRDirect and knowledge management content
  • Deliver operational processes and / or support project related work like market matching and deferred award buy-outs
  • Delivering on various reporting and analysis activities
  • Support year-end performance and pay review processes like system preparation, audits and late changes
  • Control framework monitoring and governance activities
Global Mobility Services & Advisory
  • Global Mobility Services sub-team will support
  • Management of relevant systems and vendors
  • Reporting, annual pay review activities and any monthly payroll related instructions
  • Update Global Mobility worksheets for currency rate and cost of living changes per agreed frequency
  • Processing all mobility allowances including currency rate protection payments, housing, etc.
  • Global Mobility Advisory sub-team will support
  • Delivery of global mobility policy and related advisory.
  • Day-to-day management of relocation and tax vendor queries and operational delivery of complex cases while working closely with global mobility operations, payroll, delivery services & other stakeholders to execute the benefits under the global mobility policy.
Benefits, Wellbeing & Recognition
  • Support the global benefits team on whole breadth of activities, including
  • Reporting and ensuring data quality & integrity
  • Benefits and pension enrolment admin
  • Query management incl. engaging insurer / vendor on process or query management improvements
  • HRDirect and vendor content
  • Analyse and monitor pension attestations and risk assessments
  • Benefit invoice reconciliations
P&R Consultants & Professionals
  • Support P&R delivery across global and regional business and functions aligned teams, including
  • Working with Global and Regional Reward Partners to deliver P&R priorities and agenda for their client groups to enable business performance
  • Providing analytics support and production of P&R materials for sharing with P&R, HR and business stakeholders
  • Responding to pay review related queries
  • Facilitating the annual market data programme
  • Understanding and supporting specialist queries (e.g., Global Mobility, Benefits, Deferred Reward) from business with support from relevant specialist teams.
