JD Edwards - HR and Payroll Consultant

Qualification:

Graduate (Science / Commerce / Arts)

MBA (HR) (Full Time)

Experience:

  • 10-12 Years in JD Edwards HR and Payroll
  • 5-6 Years of HR domain experience is a must
Grade: 6A/6B

  • Knowledge of end to end HR and Payroll process (Hire to Retire)
  • HR and Payroll modules
  • HCM Foundation
  • Position Control & Requisition
  • Recruitment Management
  • Benefit Administration
  • Competency Management
  • Leave Administration
  • Time and Absence Management
  • Performance Management
  • PDBA - Pay types / Deductions /benefits / Accruals
  • Employee Self Service
  • Manager Self Service
  • Payroll
  • Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout and support project experience
  • Excellent in oral and written communication
  • Ability to work within large teams and learn new functionality and have prior experience of working in Onsite/Offshore model
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Understand the business processes of the customer, Identify Gaps and suggest TO BE process.
  • Identify Customer's pain areas and suggest process improvement solution
  • Creation of business requirements, workflows, system design, and functional specifications
  • Configuration of JD Edwards software to match approved design solutions
  • Creating CRP scripts, IT Script, Testing & UAT Support Training/Set Up
