Rewards Consultant/Leader (GIC/Tech/Ecommerce) 12+ years

- Looking for professionals having experience 12 + years of Rewards & Compensation. You will be working extensively on Project Management, Delivery and Business Development in HR Consulting space.

- Premium college pass out will be preferred!

Location : Bangalore/ Mumbai/Delhi-NCR

Responsibilities :

- Leading project delivery across consulting solutions such as rewards benchmarking and design related engagements

- Managing growth and revenue generation through new & old clients

- Developing strong working relationships with key people in the client organizations and advising them on Rewards and Benefits

- Support project management aspects like project planning, tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, etc.

- Providing ongoing support to clients in data interpretation and reviewing the survey data

- Develop solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals and submissions based on client requests

Requirements :

- MBA in Human Resources having experience of 12+ years out which 9 years should be Compensation & Benefits domain

- Should team handling experience and good understanding of Human Resources and C&B practices

- Prior consulting experience will be preferred
