The Team: We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to lead a team of seasoned Tech recruiters to support technology hiring across S&P Global in APAC. The team is a dynamic one that strives on individual and team development. You will be provided with countless opportunities to learn transferable skills & global recruitment best practices.
The Impact: This role is key to ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality and diverse talent S&P in the most time and cost-effective way possible. In addition to that the role will involve engaging with senior Tech stakeholders in the organization. In working with us, you will be exposed to a very professional, high-level consulting environment across multiple job families and beyond People Movement.
What's in it for you: Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process for the business unit, leading a high performing recruiting team and meeting stakeholder demands to hire the best talent in the region. This role is responsible for helping drive the full recruiting life cycle, with a sharp focus on diversity, and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring. You will also shape and develop these processes and help manage broader segments of the businesses. The role is designed to expand with you as your skillset grows.
Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring managers to fulfill their hiring needs and headcounts and execute all facets of full cycle recruiting process
  • Lead, coach, develop an existing team of recruiters
  • Manage diversity initiatives and provide knowledge of new and diverse sourcing tools and programs.
  • Maintain strong understanding of S&P business and industry and be able to convey the S&P Global Employee Value Proposition to external partners and candidates
  • Focus on new and innovative techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience, for both hired and declined candidates, to reinforce the S&P brand reputation.
What We're Looking For:
  • 10-12 years of full cycle Technology recruiting experience is preferred
  • Prior experience of leading a team of seasoned recruiters
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate processes and activities to senior managers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across organization boundaries.
  • Experience with applying metrics to drive performance
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial savvy
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate with an open communication style
  • Demonstrated strong ethical values and commitment to the highest personal and professional standards of conduct
