Senior Specialist, HHIAD India Operational Excellence People Experience Lead

As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of Human Health Insights, Analytics & Data (HHIAD) India Operational Excellence People Experience Lead.
In this capacity, this role will help HHIAD realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHIAD approach, in close collaboration with our Company partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.
Specifically, the HHIAD India Operational Excellence (OE) People Experience Lead will:
People Onboarding
Support HHIAD India On-boarding ensuring a great experience for new joiners, adhering to the global approach
Map the talent experience milestones. Drive the program milestones completion, track status and escalate when progress halts or problems arise
Measure success of the program at each one of the defined milestones
Develop materials and reports as needed for the India Operations & Delivery Lead and Program Leader
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure new employees and defined vendor partners receive accurate and timely response to questions and best practice advice
Consume the processes knowledge from internal teams and articulate them in a simple and cogent manner to the stakeholder.
Community & Engagement
Partner with Global Community lead and India engagement team to create a One HHIAD community and culture
Support India Operations & Delivery Lead by developing local communications and presentations that reflect the voice and values of Global HHIAD
Build and execute engagement events and recognition programs to rally employees in an engaged culture and valued feeling
Assist in coordinating town hall, other events and logistics
Be both a strategist and an operator, directing and managing multiple internal "campaigns" to build awareness around and passion for HHIAD India globally
Partner across the HHIAD organization to share expertise and consult on communication needs, as well as taking the leadership role in ensuring communication quality and standards
Collaborate with the HHIAD Community and Network Leader to amplify the community and network strategy through communication planning
Required Skills/Experiences:
BA/BS degree
Strong written and grammar skills, in addition to verbal skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation in engagement approaches to include testing new platforms and methods
Executive and organizational communication skills; ability to communicate across audience sets
Demonstrated ability to multitask, synthesize information and make relevant engagement recommendations in a digestible format
Able to champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture
3-5 years of experience with people planning with the intent of building culture and information fluency
Change management certification or 2-5 years' experience developing and executing change management plans
Career progression that demonstrates increasing responsibility and breadth of experience
Desired Skills/Experiences
Experience with MS Teams and SharePoint
Design Thinking
Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive
Healthcare / Biopharma experience
