Senior Specialist, HHIAD India Operational Excellence Project Manager Scrum Master

As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of Human Health Insights, Analytics & Data (HHIAD) India Operational Excellence Project Manager.

In this capacity, this role will help HHIAD realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHIAD approach, in close collaboration with our Company partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.

Specifically, the HHIAD India Operational Excellence (OE) Project Manager will:

Support the HHIAD India Center capability, leaders and teams as the Project Manager and Scrum Master

Serve as a point of contact for India Operations team to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner

Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines using Agile and Scrum methods and techniques

Track and manage schedules, timelines, risk, issues and actions using a digital footprint

Manage complexity and change as goals are realigned

Deliver India Center health status using a digital footprint for the SteerCo

Manage multiply complex workstreams across the capability

Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them

Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

Use automation and robust tools to deliver on goals

Setup and manage Jira and Microsoft Team Apps for the India Center

Communicate with HHIAD Leaders to keep the project aligned with the organization goals

Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Partner with HHIAD Communications to plan change management & knowledge sessions.

Collaborate with the Program Management Lead to execute processes designed for Data and Analytics projects

Establish a forward-looking plan to continue to progress the transformation and the execution of Operational Excellence model

Required Skills/Experiences

Bachelor's degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations

8+ years of experience delivering complex Agile projects, with proven ability to apply /Scrum Master methods and techniques

Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions

Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders

PMI Certified or equivalent experience

SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience

Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies

Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence

Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive

Desired Skills/Experiences

Data and analytics business acumen

Power BI usage experience and metrics requirements

Healthcare / Biopharma experience
