Digioptimizer is a marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada uses multiple platforms for providing solutions to all the marketing needs of small and medium organizations. We are a team of young talented marketing experts having a passion for digital marketing. These days customers heavily rely on digital means to research products our main motive is to provide our best work by reaching out to potential customers using the Internet and other forms of digital communications.As a paid media specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, & optimizing, all paid media campaigns. Your roles and responsibilities will be (but are not limited to) the following:

• Developing a paid ads strategy, audit, and research for our clients
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and provide recommendations on adding assets

• Management of numerous paid campaigns for our clients across Google, Facebook /Instagram Ads, Pinterest, Tiktok Search (SEM), Display, Video, Shopping, UAC

• Own and manage monthly budgets and provide forecast campaign budgets to ensure a high ROI.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance against best practices while identifying opportunities to scale

• Develop a system for reporting via dashboards to share wins, key performance/results etc.

• Work with the management team to ensure client success

What you must have:

• Minimum 3-4+ years experience working in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid social ads within the E-commerce space
• Have managed budgets on upwards of $5-7k monthly

• Experience with digital reporting, tagging, conversion tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Calculate, and project KPIs / Benchmarks

• Experience managing and projecting client budgets

• Strong communication skills to account manage & develop client relationships

• Self-starter & Initiative to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Night shift

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
