WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Drive operational excellence & customer experience for nominated customer(s)
Share best practice, and drive continuous improvement, including engagement & coordination of new initiatives with SD, Engineering and E&D
Provide strategic leadership and act as senior point of contact for nominated customer(s)
Review account strategies in conjunction with the commercial account owner
Maintain customer relationship at senior level and be comfortable in senior customer/CEVA environment
Assist as workstream in new engagement & delivery implementation projects
Ensure highest quality of service is provided to the customer by understanding their business needs, speaking their language in order to exceed expectations
Monitoring of KPIs and ensure smooth operations and efficient processes, engagement with BPE/SSC where service failures are identified (non-compliance)
Maintain on-going knowledge of procedural and/or regulatory changes as well as information published on the company's intranets, and ensure distribution of information vital to the operations of the department/team
Generate defined KPIs provide material for routine reviews, conducting a root cause analysis when results are subpar, and engaging the necessary teams for corrective measures
Involve relevant stakeholders when necessary for any departmental/ operational/ administrative issues or needs
Maintenance of tariffs, including requests or validations and spot quotes for including new rates into the customer rate sheet
Available for business travel both international and domestically, as needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Candidate should have minimum 8 years experience in freight forwarding industry.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
To be prepared to learn all aspects of team's work with desire and ability to provide cover and assistance on a regular basis.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Decision making . Project Management . Numerical skills.
High degree of organizational & administrative skills and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Good team player.
Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.
Being strategic . Good product knowledge . Honesty and integrity.
Must have administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or detailed processes that have a lot of components to manage
Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment
Must have the ability to multitask and manage details of different processes efficiently
Proactive, Focused & dedicated with exceptional analytical skills
Quick learner and able to take on new tasks with a short learning curve
Advanced knowledge of office products, Excel, PPT, Word, Visio
Knowledge of MS Project and Infor Nexus a plus
Familiarity with Matrix SCM and CEVA systems
