Client Continuity Manager (CCM) -
Location: India Chennai / Bangalore /Mumbai/ Pune
The Operational Resilience & Continuity (ORC) Manager performs continuity to ensure compliance to regulatory and contractual requirements for internal and external customers. Standard activities are risk management, development, review and testing of continuity plans.
Act as single point of contact for and works with the Account and Client to gain understanding of the contract and to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Agree and lead regular meeting related to ORC directly with Clients as part of ongoing contractual relationship to plan, track and report all ORC activities which are required by the contract. Lessons learnt and continuous improvement shall be part of these meetings.
Proactively driving improvement initiatives on the day-to -day business via process and automation. Will support major incident as required in a consulting capacity.
Ability to lead and influence decisions and actions of others, to define and perform ORC activities. This includes but is not limited to ORC staff.
Show leadership towards senior management level to consult and convince implementation of ORC. Leading projects to develop new continuity plans.
Works effectively with Client, Business line resources and Key stakeholders to develop and maintain policies, procedures, templates, standards, and documentation in support of deployment, management, and sustainability of the ORC.
Identify and when required, incorporate new business functions, systems, and processes into the business continuity program.
Ensure proper communication regarding ORCM program within the organization including ORCM awareness for management and employees and ensure that everybody is enabled to fulfil the respective ORCM related tasks.
Assign needed resources for ORCM activities in close cooperation with Mgmt. Cooperate with ORCM as service Team to provide the required evidences in time and expected form.
Is able to drive, lead and influence assignments or projects or resources in support of Continuous Improvement applying knowledge, skills, and experience as a trusted advisor.
Identify. document and manage risks related to the Operational risk management and the general capability of the organization to manage a disaster event.
Escalation point for operational resilience risks impacting continuity of service
Ensure audit readiness of the organization with regards to ITCF Controls and ISO 20000 Standards.
Creation of an audit findings overview (incl. improvement plans)
Ensure remediation of any deviations and actively report status as part of Service Continuity Non-conformance report.
Ensure quality of documents, reporting and accuracy of data meets client's expectation.
Actively propose and agree improvement measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Contributes proactively and effectively in identifying and securing further business opportunities based on risk based discussion and client relationship
Co-ordinate with Account to develop specific upselling strategies and solutions.
Ability to lead technical experts during single ORC activities and tasks such as risk assessments, continuity plan reviews and tests.
Show leadership towards accounts and delivery organization through interpreting results of assessments, reviews and tests. Propose, discuss and agree mitigation and improvement actions with responsible people.
Works effectively with Client, Business line resources and Key stakeholders to develop and maintain policies, procedures, templates, standards, and documentation in support of deployment, management, and sustainability of the ORC.
Ensures that continuity plans in Atos Organisation are regularly reviewed, updated and trainings on these plans are performed.
Manage BCP trainings through contact with appointed Trainers, supervision of deadlines and providing all required training evidences for monthly KPI reporting.
Act as an escalation point if planned ORCM activities cannot be performed as expected and escalate to Management and functional reporting line if issues cannot be solved and lead to deviations and non-compliance.
Ensure the Operation Risk Methodology are driven and completely documented out as per requirement of the standards and protocols.
Ensure RBU/ Practices Risk Profile up-to-date and available based on Risk Assessment to showcase with pictorial presentation to management. Identify and manage risks related to the DR Tests.
Supports response to RFI/RFP during presales to include participation within solution improvement. Provides estimation of effort based on requirements.
Identifies risks and gaps and propose upsell opportunities to account management.
Note:
Flexibility to work in NA time zone & CET time zone, required to be agreeable for shift work and weekend assignment. We are hiring for junior and senior positions - depending on prior experience seniority in the team will be determined
Skillset:
Certification: CISSP, CISM, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/implementer, Business Continuity Expert, Business Continuity Specialist, Business Continuity Planner
Experience in operational risk and BC / ITSC / DR management
Industries experience in any of the industries (Manufacturing, FS&I, PSD, TMT, R&S and H&LS)
Has extensive prior (IT related) experience ( >6 years) of leading Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery.
Experience in international assignments/working internationally.
Excellent communication - able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, up to and including CXOs
Has an established network of contacts within the local Atos organization and the wider global Atos network or where new to Atos, demonstrates an ability to achieve this quickly.
In depth knowledge of Crisis, mission critical & Business Continuity Management practices and protocols
Understanding of industry practices and international standards
IT related experience - to include either operations, project or program management
Years of Experience:
Senior GCM 5/6 : 10 to 15 years overall experience, worked extensively on leading business continuity/disaster recovery
associate GCM3/4 : 5 to 8 years overall experience, worked on business continuity & disaster recovery
