Position Name - Operation Excellence Lead

Experience Range - 5 years+

Mandatory Requirement:

1. Experience in Planning and Forecasting - Demand planning, forecasting planning, multi-channel planning.
2. Should be able to develop dashboards and familiar with SQL and Python.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy optimization models to drive strategic and tactical decisions across Operations, Supply Chain Planning and Transportation.

2. Establish design strategies and to implement reliable, cost-efficient, flexible and in time fulfillment network design that scale growth and manage risks.

3. Planning & Forecasting \xe2\x80\x93 Demand Planning, Multi -channel planning, financial planning, Assortment planning and Store clustering.

4. Ensure Execution of the solution by coordinating all the Supply Chain operations and services like warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation, Last Mile and Mid Mile in order to help organization to be more productive, more efficient and more competitive.

5. Supply Chain Solutions Design in various fields viz: Last Mile, Middle Mile, Processing Centre, FGD warehouse Management solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Master\xe2\x80\x99s or equivalent degree in Business Management, Operations.
2. Understand the total delivered cost and Service Level trade-offs.
