We are looking for an HR On boarding Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in handling the on boarding process and who can help us in providing the world class on boarding experience to the new joiner. The ideal candidate will be having passion towards employee experience and complete understanding of the on boarding lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Communicate with new hires before their employment start date to provide necessary information as per pre-joining checklist .
On the date of candidate joining you will be handling the full candidate on boarding process. I.e. creating the employee in ERP, Sharing the letters digitally with the candidates and obtaining the digital signatures, Introducing the candidate to all the team members.
Explaining the new joiner, the induction plan and OJT plan by briefly explaining the next step of the employment .
Creating all the necessary accounts such as E-mail, Learning App, ERP login etc.
Monitoring the Induction program daily and taking the assessment daily till the induction program gets over.
Hand holding the candidates daily till Induction and weekly 3 times till OJT. Close coordination with the L & D team and monitoring the training given & assessment taken.
Regular communication with respective departments to track if the OJT is in line or not.
Coordinate with the concerned department for all logistics and other assets requirements for hassle free start of onboarding process.
Helping in taking the current on boarding process to the next level by providing ideas of improvement and continuously optimizing the process.
Will be responsible for completing the exit lifecycle of the employee and monitoring till complete F&F.
Requirements
Requirements
Masters Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management/personnel Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling employee on boarding processes.
Work from office (Monday to Saturday)
Immediate joiner preferred .
Excellent fluency/command over English and Hindi.
Learning attitude with strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills.
Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement, fixed-term contracts and background checks/ on boarding compliance
Passion towards employee success and eager to take on challenges in building something great.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information System.
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
