Detailed description:

• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in driving onboarding and learning intervention
• Prior experience in managing the end-to-end engagement for fresh college hires, interns will be an added advantage
• Experience in managing program execution, timelines with distributed teams across locations
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
• Exceptional program leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
