Senior Learning Manager for Market Operations Market Operations Customer Support is part of the LSEG Operations function which support all operation activities within the Capital Markets Division and D&A Trading. Our vision is to be an effective and efficient growth enabler for business services and products, that help generate confidence in our Markets while consciously and positively influencing valuation for the Group. As a Senior Learning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of learning and coaching solutions, based on the business requirements of Market Operations within the different businesses of LSEG. You will be responsible leading a team of learning consultants in creating digital and face-to-face learning, analyzing knowledge gaps between operations and the workflow to be able to relay progress to the business, executing learning global projects, sourcing and liaising with appropriate vendors, reports generation and analysis, measuring training effectiveness and coaching. What you need to bring: Strong training delivery skills (live and virtual) Intermediate Instructional Design skills (Instructor Lead Trainings and/or self- paced for basic programs) Act as the Subject Matter Expert in terms of learning strategy to the Learning Consultants Leads a group of L&D staff providing back-end support to global learning programs and learning teams covering processes such as digital learning creation, learning tools support, learning measurement and reporting, communication, training and event facilitation, and license and expense/budget management. Participated/Co-led the strategic internal programs to improve L&D staff engagement (Project Engage, Project Connect, Project Learning Culture) Working knowledge of common digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Powtoons Strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal with experience of giving feedback Strong organizational skills and ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an on-going basis Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet increasing customer expectations Mentoring and coaching for the development of learning consultants to ensure the success of the day-to-day tasks Understanding the gaps of the current process and address thru learning by recommending learning tools You would be more competitive with: Strong understanding of the products and process within the different business units within LSEG Have experience in stakeholder management Power BI or Power Automate Knowledge of publishing software required, with the familiarity of Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, with an emphasis on data processing within a publishing environment Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation needed to work efficiently in a global team For external candidates, 3-5 years experience in managing a team of learning consultants in terms of training process and workflow Some of your daily tasks would be: Leading a team of learning consultants to bridge the gap in terms of knowledge from the business to operations Stakeholder manager Coaching and feedback for learning consultants to ensure the success of providing the needed learning to operations Deliver live or remote instructor-led-training Participate in global learning projects and collaborate with Learning staff and local and global stakeholders Leading the mandatory learning awareness and completion drive for Customer Operations At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
