About the Job:

The purpose of this role is to handle office Administration work.

What will you do?
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervising Housekeeping staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure office cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (like ordering joining kits, monthly office supplies, new joinee ID cards, cab bookings, hotel bookings etc)
  • Coordinate maintain administration cost tracker, managing the petty admin issues of the office.
  • Vendor management-clear all the monthly bills related to electricity and rent, water supplies and other vendor related issues.
  • Liaison with UK Admin team to maintain the global standards of ESP.
  • Ensure office safety rules are followed.
  • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.
  • Make travel arrangements for the senior managers.
  • Keep databases in check and update them regularly.
  • Managing the office engagement related requirements so that the activities are hassle free.

What will you bring to ESP?

  • Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for minimum of 3-5 years
  • BSc/BA (diploma in office admin will be a preference)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and accounting processes
  • Attention to details.
