We are currently hiring a HR Delivery Professional who will be responsible for Offer letter generation, Talent acquisition to Business unit HR Directors in Monthly/Quarterly Meeting This role will be based in Gurgaon, India.

What you will do

• All internal/External offer release.
• Onboarding documentation and induction
• Background Initiation and E Verification.
• Data sharing with IT, Admin, and payroll teams \xef\x82\xb7
• Stakeholder relationship management.
• Setup a central offer desk to support all offer release for both internal and external candidates across global locations
• Offer Quality Check as per the defined process

Pre-Onboarding Activities

• Legal reference and Employee code generation
• Collection of Candidate Information Sheet form.
• Pre-on-boarding documents verification.
• Personal file creation for all onboarded candidates.
• Query resolution.
• Relocation support.

Reporting And Analytics

• Support on TTF Tracking report.
• Reporting/Dashboard: Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings of background checks, including any discrepancies or concerns identified during the verification process track SLA/KPI.
• Gather and evaluate data from various sources, such as public records, databases, reference checks, and online platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information

You will bring

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in multinational environments.
• Experience in Collaboration with management to understand their design needs and created compelling presentations that aligned with their brand Dashboard Presentation and governance with stakeholders along with the skills on PowerPoint and any other presentation tool.
