Reporting to the Head of Operations and working with the wider marketing team (Events, Social Media, Web), the Social Media Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Firm’s marketing campaigns, both internal and external, through online solutions. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills. This is a very interactive and diverse role and will suit a highly motivated individual with strong drive and ambition.
Manage and review website content using a content management application, ensuring timely and accurate updates
Conduct regular analysis and web audits to ensure content accuracy and intended audience appropriateness
Monitor, measure, analyze and report usage on all platforms
Conduct market research & investigations to identify opportunities for new online solutions
Develop an expert understanding of our online brand guidelines
Collaborate with the project owners to identify enterprise-wise digital marketing capabilities and make presentations to senior leaders to provide insightful recommendations
Ability to leverage different content formats and give advice on creation of marketing assets
Build relationships, share new ideas and interact with marketers.
Execute campaigns by working with various internal teams and track the performance
Prepare reports illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text and provide innovative approaches, share and leverage best practices
Collaborate with the web team to provide actionable recommendations and help in building dashboards to provide key insights

Qualifications:
Required:
1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Management gained in either agency or client side
Ability to analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats to draw meaningful insights for the business
Understanding of digital and key social media platforms with extensive knowledge of running paid ads
Knowledge of working with social publishing tools like Sprinklr
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google ads is a plus
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
Proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously
The ability to plan, schedule and priorities' your own workload is essential
Ability to work to deadlines is essential
Very high level of communication including written, oral and presentation skills. Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying advance email etiquette
