Rs 250 + crores annual turnover for the last financial year (FY2021-22). The company has good geographic spread in Maharashtra at Jalgaon and Nasik, Pune and our upcoming state of the art projects which are under implementation at Bangalore and Hyderabad. We have top notch leading MNS companies from electrical business sector as our customers e.g., Schneider Electric, Legrand, Anchor Panasonic, Honeywell, ABB, Hager, Siemens, C&S,and L &T to name the few. The company currently has organized its business operations into the separate SBUs for Plastics Injection Molding, Precision Metal Stamping, Metal Enclosures, Surfacecoatings& Tooling Solutions Our 10+ manufacturing facilities employ the best-in-class manufacturing technologies in each chosen business segment and deploy total skilled manpower exceeding 1500 nos. We have ambitiousand rapid growth plans going forward. We are currently looking for promising operations professional to head our Metal enclosures Business. Role: Plant/Operations Head – Metal Enclosures Level: GM/AVP/VP Qualifications:BE / B. Tech – Mechanical Engg. from reputed Engineering Institute/ University. Additional qualifications in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering would be preferred. Location:Jalgaon – Maharashtra Experience: Minimum experience of 15 to 20 Years preferably currently heading the Plant operations or in charge of a mid-sized modern sheet metal /pressings division encompassing fabrication and assembly activities supervising sizable team with a customer/OEM facing responsibilities. Compensation Range: CTC Rs.15 to 18 lacs pa (may change as per interview and current package) Key Role & Responsibilities:

• To provide leadership to the plant Manufacturing operations in line with the corporate Business Objectives.
• Leading the multi-functional Production Team comprising of Production, PPC, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Maintenance,Supply Chain, Stores/Logistics, New Product Design &Development and productionization, Quality,Plant HR/IR&etc.to achieve and improve business results.
• Liaise regularly with OEM/Customers and internally coordinate with production organization for efficient execution of the customer demand on PQCDSME scale.

• Daily work management through operation meetings to review and ensure Production Compliance with Plan, adherence to Quality goals, Manpower Budget, Production Efficiencies, tool /fixtures and machine down time, production cost, Dispatch Compliance, Inventory controls etc.

• Control/ Minimize raw materials and WIP/FG inventories through effective supply chain and manufacturing management synchronization.
• Ensure proper Maintenance and Upkeep of Plant and Machinery and Utilities to avoid disruption of Production.

• Optimize cost, and performance of external suppliers of materials and sub-suppliers of production processes to improve timeliness, reduce cost and waste and enhance production capabilities

• Work on Capability Building and Talent Management to support the Organization growing needs proactively
• Drive operational excellence by reviewing and updating the systems and processes to improve productivity, resources utilization, cost in manufacturing and plant throughput etc.

• Constantly emphasize enhancing and or innovating the processes, work methods to better yields, efficiencies, benchmark and implement the plant best practices to improve planning and materials flow to production, retaining flexibility to meet ever changing customer requirements for quality, cost, delivery, volume & variety few among the many.
• Coordinate for appropriate technology upgradation, assimilation, and implementation

• Stabilizing any new Project / Initiative within the stipulated time

• Ensure timely compliances related to Plant & People Safety and environment, customer audits, regulatory and social obligations
• Demonstrated leadership to achieve performance through his whole team, foster the culture of openness, transparency, collaboration, trust, and ownership
• Be responsible for the plant operations profitability
• Exposure to Electro-Mechanical / Engineering Industry
• Proven record in manufacturing excellence - continuous improvement to achieve higher output, lower costs, and fulfilling customer requirements consistently
• Hands on experience of setting up / upgrading the plant layout& efficiencies and manage implementation of projects under tight time frames and within allocated budget
• Work experience with MNC or dealt with MNC clients is most desired
• 5+ years as head of complete manufacturing operations
• Exposure to 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Low-Cost Automation
• Exposure to Quality Assurance Procedures with APQP, NPD, PPAP and Certifications standards like ISO 9001:2015,14000 and 18000, IMS
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Independent,proactiveand growth-oriented change agent
• First preference to Maharashtrian people as local language is Marathi

Preferred candidate Profile:
