The ideal applicant will have experience in production as well as good abilities in creating work plans and monitoring progress. On a regular basis, he or she will be required to develop and provide progress updates to the appropriate management channels, ensuring that the innovation we desire is being realized. While staying in line with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals, he or she will be in charge of the project's direction, coordination, implementation, executive management, control, and completion.



Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Planning the project.
  
• Creating a schedule and timeline.
  
• Executing each phase.
  
• To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
  
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
  
• Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress.
  
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
