Job Description

We are hiring NOC Analyst (L1/L2) for a global company.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 7 years
We are looking for passionate professionals with different levels of experience who are willing to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide monitoring & analysis support of networking components
o Provide operational support
o Proactive & Consistent Monitoring Perform initial triage
o Reduce downtime & alert management (under SLA)
o Reporting, including trend identification & analysis
o Report incident - as per established SOP/Playbook
o Collaborate with various IT groups to analyze, troubleshoot & ensure their requirement.
o Perform daily routine alarm monitoring and operational activities.2. Customer support
o Provide services to company's internal/external customers.
o Handle incoming customer emails and calls in a timely and professional manner
o Collaboration with customers to keep them up to date if there is any critical incident.Skills:
1. Must have
o Prior work experience in NOC environment
o Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as firewall, Proxy, OSI model.
o Good understanding of Linux/Windows OS event logging.
o Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
o Understanding of network monitoring tools such as Nagios/Zabbix etc.
2. Good to have
o CCNA certified
o Knowledge of industrial control system [ICS]
o Cisco Prime Infrastructure
