Job Location: Surat, Gujarat Qualification: Min. HSC/ 12th Pass Experience: Min. 6 Months Job Timing: 9:30 pm To 9:30 am (Mon to Sat) Skills & Requirements:

- Good Grip on Ms Word & Excel
- Sending mails

- Maintain discipline in Office premises with Staff during Night shift
- Punctuality, Rules & regulations should be followed by all employees
- Staff coordination, Problem solving and work ethics should be done
- Report to HOD or HRM for any query arises and maintain the hierarchy
- Stay connected with floor activities and being a supervisor take all necessary steps guided by senior
- Administrative tasks, documentation and monitor staff productivity and develop initiatives toward enhanced job performance
- Keep eye on every employee for work behavior, uniform and break timings should not be extend by anyone
- Be a communication bridge between Staff and Senior
- Employee relationship maintenance and it should be peaceful working environment during shift hours
- Yourself must be punctual with well disciplinary language and attics, breaks, work timings, etc.
