: 1. Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.2. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment is for full-targeted output.5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.6. Implementation of TPM & 5s activities on the production floor.7. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.8.
