1. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.2. Candidate with sound knowledge of lime plant as well as Calcium Carbonate Plant & able to supervise the workers.3. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.4. Check production output according to specifications.5. Submit reports on performance and progress.6. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.7. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.8. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.9. In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. He must be competent and comprehend complex operations. He should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.Desired Candidate Profile1.Should be Graduate in Science Background from recognized university.2.Should have experience of 3-5 years or experience of relevant field will be an added advantage.3.
