Know your guests by name & Create a friendly and homely environment for them.
Know your city, its caf\xc3\xa9s, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF- Handle escalated complaints
Complete the guest data, managing late night guest requests
Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
Social Media management and posting activities and pictures of guests and their feedback.
Content Management on Google my Business, Social Media, Website, OTAs (booking.com, Airbnb, agoda , Hosteworld.com etc. )
You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Publish personalized responses to reviews and guest feedback, also take relevant actions with reporting on negative feedback.
Qualifications and Skills Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications *To be successful in the role, you need:
Passion for hospitality and the youth travel market
Fluency in English writing & speaking
Flexible in regards to timing.
